I began working as a Paramedic in Alameda County for American Medical Response in 2004.  It was clear within my first 4 months working my 5 call and getting ready to be able to take calls by myself it would be a system that would teach me more in a few years than what I could learn in a lifetime.  Alameda County is home for me and I owe my level of appreciation for EMS and passion for improving care for people  was sharpened running calls in Oakland.

I am anxious to see where this documentary takes us since access to the EMS side of the world isn’t so easy to get.
