Law Enforcement constantly trains to deal with dramatic situations but rarely includes the other agencies who will be assisting in a large scale event.  Learn from Tak Response members Carl Kustin and Gerry Hohlmann who discuss the importance of inter-agency training with Law Enforcement officer Jason Hoschouer and hosts Mark Glencorse and Justin Schorr.  It doesn’t take a large scale exercise to learn how each other work, it can be as easy as saying hello at the local coffee shop or at a smaller scale incident.  The relationships needed to succeed at a large scale event begin with those who will be first in to set up a unified command system and work together to mitigate the situation.
